Data Processing Agreement
Every engagement starts with a signed DPA under GDPR Article 28. You know exactly what data we process, why, and for how long. Before we touch anything.
Isolated per client
Your data is stored in a separate, encrypted environment. It is never combined with another client's data, never used to train a model for anyone else.
Deleted on contract end
When the engagement ends, all your data is permanently deleted and you receive written confirmation. Nothing lingers.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from my CRM's built-in lead scoring?
CRM lead scoring uses the same generic rules for every business: number of page visits, email opens, form fills, weighted however HubSpot or Salesforce decided. Our model is trained on your specific historical conversions. It learns which combinations of signals actually predict a sale in your business. It also produces attribution, which CRM scoring doesn't do at all.
How much data do we need?
As a rule of thumb: 50+ leads per month, at least 6 months of history, and a conversion rate above 3%. The demo will assess your data and tell you exactly what's possible — there's no commitment involved.
Which tools do you integrate with?
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and most custom databases. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and server logs. Email: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid. Ads: Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you use something not on this list, book a demo and we'll confirm whether it's supported.
What happens to our data?
Every engagement starts with a signed Data Processing Agreement as required under GDPR. Your data is stored in an encrypted, client-specific environment, never shared or used for any other client's model, and deleted in full when the contract ends — confirmed in writing.
